On Thursday the 7th September the APGM W. Bro. Cliff Sturt accompanied by hardy band of Provincial Grand Officers attended the meeting of Mapesbury lodge at MMH. The meeting started with the Secretary reverting to the age old custom of reading the minutes of the last meeting as he was experiencing problems with his computer and had been unable to distribute them electronically. Such was the novelty of the situation none of the brethren present appeared to nod off during its presentation.
As there was no work to be done at this meeting the brethren’s daily advancement in Masonic knowledge was supplied by W. Bro. Cliff Sturt who delivered a most interesting talk on the Mark degree.
After the meeting the brethren retired to the festive board in the most convivial mood to sample the delights of the caterers menu of the month.
