W Bro Tim MacAndrews, APGM and a delegation of Provincial Grand Officers visited Henniker Lodge No 315 on Friday 11th May. W Bro Chris James, the Lodge Director of Ceremonies assembled a troop of senior Mark Masters to conduct an Advancement ceremony. W Bro Tom Quinn, DPGM took the Chair and notable among the other Officers press-ganged into service was none other than RW Bro David Ashbolt, Provincial Grand Master who took on the role of Master Overseer. In a splendid and unforgettable ceremony, and one in which such a group of Officers will probably never again be called on to repeat, Bro Philip Garside and Bro Roger Collins were Advanced into the Mark Master degree.
