DPGM W. Bro Tim MacAndrews visits Aegean Lodge No.1978 on Tuesday 23 November 2021
DPGM W. Bro Tim MacAndrews, PGJD and a large Delegation of Provincial Officers were warmly welcomed to the Aegean Lodge of Mark Master Masons No.1978 by the Worshipful Master W. Bro. George Georgiou and the lodge members in the Grand Temple of Mark Masons’ Hall on Tuesday 23 November 2021.
DPGM Tim addressed the Lodge with PGM R. W. Bro Thomas Quinn and IPPGM R. W. Bro David Ashbolt also present, in what sounded like Greek. However, it seemed “All Greek” to the audience including some Greek brothers. After introduction of his delegation members, DPGM Tim returned the gavel to WM George who installed Bro Steven Savvas as the new Worshipful Master of the lodge.
Some appointments and investments of Officers by the WM Steven, the members, their guests and Delegation members moved to Albany, one of the larger dining rooms upstairs, for a Champagne reception followed by the famous Carvery dinner. Everyone enjoyed the Festive Board with some speeches by senior officials including PGM Tom, IPPGM Ashbolt, DPGM Tim and a few lodge elders. Everyone enjoyed a very fulfilling dinner.
