Halcyon Lodge no 1118 Provincial Delegation
Last night, the Provincial Grand Master and his Delegation made a Full Team Visit to Halcyon Lodge 1118. Raymond Taghioff – who has 54 years of masonry to his name – was advanced by the Worshipful Master, Alan Cattermole. The brethren of the lodge then presented the PGM with a contribution of £1,000 to the London to Brighton bike ride, before enjoying a fine Festive Board, where the PGM thanked the lodge for its generosity and hospitality.
Also meeting that night were Mapesbury Lodge and Drury Lane Lodge. Mapesbury invited the PGM to drop into their Festive Board and take wine with their new WM and Advancee. Drury Lane subsequently advised that they had collected £250 towards the Bike Ride – plus the proceeds of the alms collection – still being counted!
A grand night was had by all.
