Provincial End of Year Party – 23 November, 2024
Come and celebrate at the Provincial End of Year Party!
Always one of the favourite events put on by the Province, this time will be no exception. Back by popular demand is the Hendo Washboard Kings, a Dixieland jazz band, and there’s also a chance to win an opportunity to sabrage a bottle of Champagne!
There will be drinks from 6.30pm and the evening kicks off formally from 7.15pm
Menu will be:
Starter
Chicken liver and brandy parfait with melba toast, red onion chutney and micro leaves
Main
Filet of salmon with olive oil and caper-crushed new potatoes, spinach, served with a creamy lemon and chive sauce
Dessert
New York cheesecake with fruits of the forest compote
