New Era Lodge No.176, 17th October 2026.
A tremendous morning on Saturday 17 October as New Era Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Lodges No 176 had an action packed morning.
Firstly, the Royal Ark Mariner Lodge received the RW. Provincial Grand Master, RW. Bro. Tom Quinn with a delegation from Friendship From Service Lodge No 1313 with the Travelling Ark. The Lodge was delighted to receive the PGM and delegation and were enthralled by the PGM’s delivery of an excellent talk on The Mysterious Porphyry Stone. We all went away having made an excellent daily advancement.
We then moved on to the Mark Degree, where W.Bro. Nick Letherby was inducted into the Chair. As if this were not enough, The RW. Provincial Grand Master then had the pleasure of presenting W.Bro. Nick with his Mark Benevolent Fund Grand Patron Collarette. A great achievement by W.Bro. Nick.
As if all this were not enough, the RW. Provincial Grand Master then field promoted W.Bro. Steve Rozier to the rand of past provincial Senior Grand warden in recognition of the many years of tireless service that he has given to New Era.
It was only right that the Lodge should have dug into its relief chest and donated £200 to the provincial initiative regarding prostate cancer.
