Bella Italia sums up a most enjoyable and busy full team visit to Italia Lodge 1467 Monday 19th October. The afternoon began with the presentation of the 32nd axe skilfully prepared by the “Mad Axeman’ Charlie to mark the generosity of the lodge to the Minibus Appeal. That was swiftly followed by the advancement of not one but four new members and after a short break – no tea! – we were treated to a most memorable installation of the new Worshipful Master WM Davide Bernardini, all in Italian. The evening was rounded off by a marvellous festive board and my thanks go to Bro Francisco Rocha for letting me use some of his pictures in this report.
