Hello,

London Mark donates to Suited & Booted

London Mark has donated £1,000 to Suited & Booted, a charity that helps vulnerable, ex-offenders, unemployed and low-income men (some of whom are homeless) into employment by providing interview clothing and interview advice.

Their clients may be struggling and in need of support, both financial and practical. They may not have the means to wear suitable clothes to ‘look the part’ and therefore unable to give themselves the best possible chance at a job interview. So Suited & Booted give them suitable clothing – perhaps a formal suit or a smart casual style – and then guide them through the process of a job interview. This gives them better prospects of success and contributes to their general self-confidence and self-esteem.

In her letter of thanks to the PGM the CEO, Dr Maria Lenn, wrote “…It is extremely kind of you and your colleagues to donate the money and we much appreciate your support…More than half our clients are successful in getting the jobs they apply for, a very high percentage, and all are much better equipped to face life’s challenges.”
