There was an impressive turnout of Brethren of the recently formed Aegean lodge to greet the Provincial Grand Master and the members of his delegation on the 26th November at Mark Masons Hall. The lodge was opened in the customary manner and then the Provincial Grand Master entered in procession, took the gavel, greeted the Brethren and introduced the members of his delegation. Before the main item on the agenda was reached an extra item was added, this was the presentation of the ‘Traveling Keystone’ by members of Tuscan lodge to the Worshipful Master of Aegean lodge so they can continue the tradition of using this symbol of unity to foster the promotion of Brethren visiting other Mark lodges in the province. The lodge then resumed with the installation of its fourth Worshipful Master Bro. George Georgiou.
After the meeting there was the usual group photo in the Temple followed by a most enjoyable carvery festive board. It was during the latter part of the festive board the PGM took the opportunity to present the two Brethren who had earlier been Elevated in the earlier RAM meeting with signed copies of the summonses for that RAM meeting.
