The Provincial Grand Master made a fortuitous surprise visit to the Old Kent lodge festive board on the 26th November.

During the festive board of one of the newest lodges in the province, Aegean, the Provincial Grand Master took the opportunity to slip away for a few moments to visit the festive board of one of the oldest lodges, Old Kent. It turned out to be rather fortuitous for them as they had just done a double Advancement, but were only able to procure a ‘Welcome Pack’ for one of their advancee’s. On learning of the lodge’s predicament the Provincial Grand Master immediately left the festive board and descended into the bowels of Mark Masons Hall and procured another pack which he proceeded to present to the Brother who had missed out. Needless to say the Provincial Grand Master took the opportunity to personally welcome the two new Brethren into the Fraternity in general and this the largest and best province in the land.
