Tom’s Boredom Buster
We are all very conscious of the good sense and logic which makes social distancing and self-isolation the requisite way forward to combat the Covid-19 virus pandemic in the shortest possible time.
Understanding that doesn’t, however, make it any more palatable to contend with as, being creatures of very refined social habits, we can find ourselves becoming somewhat uptight and bored out of our tiny boxes!
Help is at hand as our indomitable Provincial Grand Master, R.W. Bro. Thomas Quinn, has very kindly provided us with an opportunity to keep the brain active and have a bit of intellectual fun at the same time. This is by way of a crossword puzzle. All you have to do is to print off all 3 pages of this, complete the crossword as far as you can and then scan them and email to me at chrisjames2849@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can post your entry to Chris James, Allen House, Common Lane, Old Leake, Boston, Lincolnshire PE22 9PS. Once the answers have been verified, all correct entries will be put into a hat and R.W. Bro Tom will draw the winning name. The lucky recipient will win the sum of £25.00, kindly donated by Tom.
