VW Bro William Divall DPGM visits Thistle Lodge No. 8 with “Hibernia” delegates
DPGM Bill Divall visited Thistle Mark Lodge Number 8 with delegates from Hibernia. Todays meeting has been well known as the “Gatecrash” meeting. DPGM Bill Divall had taken a bold step by taking along newly (but very keen) made Mark Masters in his delegation and processing in the lodge demanding entry. This has been a great encouragement to the delegates. Visiting brethren had a very good feel and enjoyed friendly evening where they were given a convivial welcome by members of Thistle Lodge. The meeting followed by an excellent festive board where brethren enjoyed MMH menu of the month. The meeting has been such a successful one that many of the visiting brethren are seriously contemplating to become joining members of Thistle Mark No. 8.
Thistle Lodge No. 8 has contributed £500 to the province from the lodge funds. The cheque was received with thanks by DPGM Bill Divall on behalf of the province.
